Quote Terms & Conditions

    Validity: Quotations are valid for 14 calendar days from the date of issue and are subject to stock availability and exchange rate fluctuations prior to written acceptance.

    Scope & Changes: Quotations cover strictly the scope of work and bill of materials specified above. Any additional hardware, labor, or configuration requested will be quoted and billed separately.

    Acceptance: Formal acceptance of this quote (via signed approval, email confirmation, or issuance of a Purchase Order) constitutes a binding agreement under these terms.

    Site Access & Readiness: Estimates assume unimpeded site access, working power supply, and standard structural installation conditions unless noted otherwise. Additional labor incurred due to site delays will be charged at standard hourly rates.
General Terms & Conditions

    Payment Terms: Payment is due strictly as per the agreed credit/COD terms noted above. Outstanding balances past the due date may incur interest at statutory rates until paid in full.

    Ownership / Retention of Title: Ownership of all supplied hardware, equipment, and licensing remains with the company until the invoice total has been paid in full.
  • –
    Warranties: Supplied hardware carries the manufacturer's standard warranty only. Physical damage, surge or lightning damage, liquid contact, and unauthorized third-party tampering are strictly excluded.
  • –
    Services & Support: Professional labor and site calls are non-refundable once performed. Post-installation technical support, monitoring, or maintenance requires an active SLA or will be billed standard hourly rates.
  • –
    Claims & Queries: Any discrepancy regarding supplied items, completed labor, or billing must be raised in writing within 5 business days of invoice issuance.
